My wife and I bought a new stock Seward 26 RK from Rob. I must say that during every phase of the purchase Rob made us feel as if we were his only customer even though we knew he was selling many other boats at least 10 times the price. Rob would usually answer our phone calls immediately or get back to us within hours if we had any questions before or after the sale. Rob could answer any question on the fly without referring to any manuals. His detailed knowledge of every facet of our boat was amazing. But he always graciously explained things in a non condescending way that made complex issues easy to understand. Suffice it to say that Rob is much more than a broker. He is a trusted friend. We love sailing so much that we will be moving up to a larger boat and Rob will always be our guy.
